The truck carrying the in-kind aid collected by the citizens and non-governmental organizations operating in Serbia for the earthquake victims in Turkey was sent from Belgrade to Turkey.

4 aid trucks moved from Bosnia and Herzegovina to the earthquake zone

In a written statement made by the EMMAUS International Solidarity Forum operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was stated that 4 more trucks of aid were sent to the earthquake zone in Turkey.

In the statement, it was stated that 8 trucks were sent before, and it was stated that they worked with great devotion to deliver the aid to the earthquake area as soon as possible.

In addition, a bazaar was held in the historical Bascarsija in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the support of the Trade Counselor of the Sarajevo Embassy of Turkey.

Yaşar Tufan, one of the officials of the bazaar, said that they opened the bazaar to support the earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria and that the people of Sarajevo showed great interest.

Tufan noted that the money collected at the bazaar will be deposited into AFAD’s bank account.
